Living in the forgotten corner of Cornwall on the Rame Peninsula, surrounded by a rugged Cornish
coastline with the long beaches of Whitsand Bay on my doorstep and the ever changing landscape
of local Moors, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, I have been inspired to capture some of the magical
seascapes and dramatic landscapes that the West Country has to offer.
Branching off from my love of nature and the sea, I have found myself drifting into the world of portraiture in various
aspects, especially since the birth of my daughter in 2006. This has brought me a whole new sense of passion for
photography and I have had the opportunity to capture some of those most wonderful moments through the lens –
the smile of a new baby, or a special family portrait .
